Marta Rovira, the general secretary of ERC did not lie, although she could be unfortunate in the choice of the words used - The expression "with dead people in the street" could raise blisters in some consciences -, in her statements of November 17 to the Rac-1 broadcaster in which he explained in considerable detail that the Executive of Mr. Rajoy had sent threats to the top Catalan leaders in the sense that he would not hesitate to use the Army , if necessary reaching "extreme violence" , if these did not reduce quickly and opportunely the level of confrontation with the Government of the nation.
The Catalan republican leader counted, as I say, the truth, nothing but the truth but not exactly "the whole truth"
that she certainly did not know at that time and that was (and is),
obviously, much broader and more complex than what unveiled to the
Catalan station, since these hypothetical warnings from the government
(suggestions, threats or whatever we want to call them) were actually
part of a secret operation available to the Government of the nation, to
be launched well before 1-O, and that it was foreseen
could reach its maximum virulence not necessarily after a declaration of
independence (which, in the event that the Government of Madrid
finally decided to neutralize with the already famous Article 155 of
the Constitution), but after the foreseeable subsequent attempt of the
leaders Catalan secessionists to truly enforce it, to make it effective
nationally and internationally, with mass mobilizations on the street
and occupation of sensitive points of all Catalonia in charge of cash of the mosssos or operative pickets of the CUP.
Some weeks have passed since the "scandalous" public statements of Mrs. Rovira
and at this time, and the campaign for the upcoming elections of 21-D
has begun, this researcher is in a position to affirm that the
aforementioned threats of the Executive of Mr. Rajoy to the Catalan
separatist leadership, brought to public light by the secretary general
of ERC, never constituted in themselves a gross hoax and much less a
personal delirium as they were immediately qualified by the political
and media apparatus of La Moncloa but that existing,
existed , and, in addition, were planned in detail in areas of the Vice
Presidency of the Government with the timely help and advice of
specialists in psychological warfare (everything that has happened in
recent months between Barcelona and Madrid in this

fronts or psychological warfare) that planned and coordinated an
operational or secret to "sink the morale of Catalan politicians"
both the Government and the Parliament and thus avoid, in the first

This
secret campaign of the Government, made according to the very special
doctrine of psychological warfare (in Spain there are not many qualified
professionals in this novel discipline in military principle but that
in the last decades, after the II GM, it moved with
force to the civil field), contemplated the usual fronts in which this
type of confrontations (many times more virtual than real) tend to
instrumentalize their actions: political, economic, social and media and
reached two levels of operation differentiated: one of " low intensity " during the month of September of 2017 (until October 1, date of the announced referendum) and another of much " higher dedication and operational effort " for the case (which was never fully believed by Mr. Rajoy's Executive) that the controversial consultation of 1-O was finally held and that it would have to neutralize ipso facto and "at any price" its unacceptable consequences.
Let's
see, then, friends, with the data that I myself have been able to
obtain, the main lines of this peculiar psychological campaign against
the Catalan independence movement that at the moment, only for the
moment because the Catalan Gordian knot is still intact, seems to have
achieved all the ends for which it was designed:
In
the first phase of operation prior to 1-O, specific actions of
intimidation ("variable incidence vectors", according to the slang of
war psychologists) were effectively developed by news media related to
the Government.
Let's see some:
The Spanish Army sends convoys to barracks in Catalonia, specifically to its base in San Clemente de Sasebas, to reinforce its deployment in the region in the face of the aggravation of the Catalan crisis. False information
, but supported, as it is de rigueur, in a real alternative fact: the
displacement of a column with camping material to the aforementioned San Clemente base from the Logistics Group 41 of Zaragoza to adapt its facilities to the arrival at the same as national police contingents and Civil Guard.
The investigative journalists of a certain digital media closely related to the government "discover" a military convoy with dozens of Combat Cars on logistics transport platforms passing through the town of Alcalá de Henares and on the way to Zaragoza and possibly Barcelona. Photographs of those transport platforms loaded with Leopard armor are distributed. False information, of course, but according to the intimidation operation that we discussed. The photos were old and referred to a unit of Combat Cars that in the past traveled to the field of maneuvers of San Gregorio , in the capital, to carry out their routine combat exercises.
The ineffable Minister of Defense, Mrs. Cospedal leaves the media with few faces and releases her enigmatic threat: "the Armed Forces know very well what their missions are in defense of the integrity of Spain"
The Government, through its belligerent Ministry of the Interior,
mounted a ridiculous and very badly planned operation to transport
thousands of police and civil guards to Catalonia to park in ships
moored in ports, summer hotels and army barracks. With a clear and unique plausible mission: Intimidate Catalan political and social leaders and the civilian population as a whole. A logistical movement of the CFSE that should never have existed, that
left the entire country unprotected and that, faced with the worst
possible scenario, should never have passed 500 reinforcement riot.
Apart
from these operational actions more or less planned and undoubtedly
poorly executed, the vice president of the Government,
commander-in-chief of the psychological process of neutralization of the other enemy process, "the Catalan Process",
records certain political and social "mediators" from all over Spain so
that one day, and another also, before 1-O, punish the eardrums of the "leaders of the Catalan subversion"
with the mantra of how good it would be if the famous referendum was
not held and the bad ones, very bad, consequences that would lead to its
celebration.
I could go on, my friends, but I think that is enough for the moment for all of us to realize that the Government of Mr. Rajoy,
in this unpleasant matter of possible military intervention, has not
left a single moment of playing dumb. to name as "gross hoax" and "delirium"
what in reality was intimidation and threats in the framework of poor
planning and worse execution in a pedestrian operation of "psychological
warfare", but I will continue a little more, if I allow, delving into
the second phase of that plan, which launched the vice president after
his loss of personal papers of 1-O ordering the entry into action of the
CFSE in polling stations when he was aware of the success of the sovereignist bet on the tug of war ballots and ballots. And
that made the entire government of the nation, absolutely everything,
enter institutional panic after the televisions of half the world
collected on their newscasts such an ephemeral country. The
worst thing is that billions of citizens saw it all over the planet
with the bitter consequence of knowing in real time how this country
spends it and what kind of Francoist democracy we still suffer to this
day.
For once the referendum of October 1 has been held
(illegal, unconstitutional, malignant, despicable ... as the cacique
government of this country wants, but absolutely democratic in a 21st
century Europe), a few hours after the end, the threats, the warnings,
"the little guy that I give you with all my strength if you do not take
off your pants" by politicians from different parties, senior government
officials and social leaders and with very defined objectives in the Government and the Parlament, would intensify until incredible ends and the mask would be completely removed. Although the institutional warnings do not diminish:
- Mrs. Cospedal goes out again to the media with this threatening new song: "The Spanish Army is prepared to defend the integrity of Spain."
Accompanying him in such an institutional statement is his second in the ministry and operational chief of the FAS, the JEMAD (Chief of Defense Staff) who releases the following, most likely at the behest of his superior: "The FAS are ready to defend the nation"
-October 12, day of the National Holiday, and in the corridors of rigor with the news media, new broadside of the minister of war (psychological): "I think it will not be necessary for the Army to intervene in defense of the integrity of Spain "
Take it now! And the chief cacique of the Spanish Government, Mr. Rajoy, does not tremble when he dismisses the words of the general secretary of ERC, Mrs. Rovira, as "grossly false" and "delirious."
But what will be threats to this registrar? property come to more, to
much more, that we still suffer the cut citizens of this country?
But is it that this man does not know how the Armed Forces
act when they are given a mission in war or in a situation of extreme
emergency, if we leave aside, obviously, the military fire brigade that
had the idea of organizing in its day Mr. Zapatero and still walking around with his sleeve instead of the assault rifle? Yes,
yes man, leaving unfortunately dead on the ground, with many direct
damage to the enemy (human lives and war material) or collateral (human
lives of civilians and haciendas and material goods)
You threatened everything you wanted and more, Mr. Rajoy. And your vice president, to whom you have given missions that you do not know how to fulfill, too. At
the moment the play has gone well, because fear is free and their
opponents were not willing to fight and die (as the slogan of the
faithful infantry says) for their ideals. But
do not be arrogant about saying you are going to re-run for the
elections because it is "a good kid who has not done anything wrong" or
trust too much because the NE war that you have driven for years by
electoral interests not It is over and you, to this day, are already
quite finished politically and personally. Be wise once, Mr. Rajoy, and go home to rest. Leave us Spaniards (we are already older) to solve our problems. Surely we do better than with you at the head of the Government. And do not ever threaten to take your powers (the military) to walk. Neither know, nor should, nor can you use them.
